I recommend Hard rock cafe, an American restaurant.
I love it because the taste is very nice and we can dance, and can listen hot rock music.
It's a very nice restaurant ;)

It is because shopping etc. are made in summer and illuminations are beautiful in winter

It is near the sea,and there is Kansai Airport over the sea.
